Trips that enable people to see the lens through which they view the world and ultimately realize we are all connected.

THE VOUS CAFÉ

The Momentum Center houses the VOUS Café, which is run by another non-profit called The Us Cafe. The café’ encourages social integration and the dismantling of stigma. Our inviting Café serves breakfast and lunch, Tuesday-Saturday 7am-2pm.

ADULT & TEEN PROGRAMS

The Momentum Center offers social and recreational activities for people with mental illness, addictions and disabilities. There is an adult and teen program. The adult program focuses on mental health, disabilities and addictions. The teen program focuses on positive relationships, mental health, success in school, and overall well-being. No referral or clinical diagnosis is necessary. Monthly calendars are available and everyone is invited to stop in and see what it’s all about.

Within the Momentum Center there are board games, puzzles, Wii, and more! The Momentum Center offers classes in art, exercise, breathing, and self-development. It also arranges offsite events and activities and provides transportation so that individuals can participate in Momentum Center events and Town Hall Meetings.
