PARCLife

Description:

We provide compassionate, community-based ABA therapy in social, recreational, and natural environments for individuals with autism and other thinking and learning differences
(Ages 13 years and older)
Compassionate ABA
At PARClife our approach to learning is to provide a caring, safe environment to practice the skills we are working on in many different, real-life settings allowing our learners to transfer those skills outside the learning environment.
Caring Community
Community is a basic human need. Providing compassionate, inclusive, learning opportunities in a caring community environment gives our learners lots of ways to try new skills.
P.A.C.T.
(PACT) is an evidence- based intervention in which therapists work with parent/carers to enhance social communication with their child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
PACT is the core of our Parents Group along with relaxation techniques and the support of other parents.
P.A.C.T. is a special time for the caregivers in our community. This is your space to relax, talk, share, create something beautiful, and learn tips and techniques for communicating with your child.
At PARC Life we believe that skills need to be taught and practiced in natural settings. Being located within downtown Plymouth, in the Plymouth Arts and Recreation Complex, we have endless opportunities for community engagement.
