Welcome to New Beginnings Therapy and Consulting Services. My name is Tamara Spears-Yavo. I have more than 20 years of experience in mental health, and I hold certificates in substance abuse treatment, treatment for ADHD in children and adults, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My group practice consists of myself, mental health interns and nurse psych preceptees. Each of us are dedicated to professional and ethical practice and have extensive training and experience in various modalities of care for children, adolescents, adults, couples and seniors.
