Located within the Islamic Center of Detroit, MY Mental Wellness (MMW) is a faith-based mental health that offers therapy and counseling sessions. The staff features licensed therapists including social workers, clinical psychologist, community counselors, and student interns. The center is a MUHSEN certified entity and provides services such as American Sign Language (ASL) during events and therapy sessions and provides additional accessibility. MMW hosts various events during the year for the Special Needs community, including the Annual Eid Festival.
