Hour Transportation

Hour Transportation specializes in providing non-emergency medical transportation services. Our company can provide services for any purpose, but the majority of the clients we transport have been injured in either automobile no-fault or workers’ compensation accidents. We provide direct billing to both automobile and workers’ compensation companies.

Our extensive fleet of vehicles includes sedans, hatchbacks, mini-vans and full-sized wheelchair lift vans. Roughly half of our fleet operates from our Southfield, Michigan headquarters. The other half of our fleet is dispersed amongst our other six branch locations.

We receive many requests to bill health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for transportation services. Unfortunately, we are unable to bill these organizations for services. Transportation services are normally not a covered benefit with health insurance policies. Medicare and/or Medicaid may provide reimbursement to members for transportation services, but we do not bill these organizations directly.
