Our professional staff specializes in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as complete behavioral assessments and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). The program has a focused thematic and social component in a group setting, as well as directed one-on-one therapy centered around each client. We are committed to delivering the highest levels of compassionate, person-centered services. Our secure Client Portal provides access to monthly schedules, client records, and online resources, as well as a means to message office staff.
Diagnostic Team: HealthCall’s Diagnostic Program is led by Dr. Erin Duchan, MD FAAP, and is comprised of two Board Certified Pediatricians, a Board Certified psychologist, a Nurse Practitioner, and two Speech Pathologists.
Testing Structure and Results Delivery: Our testing structure is unique in that we provide all diagnostic testing on a single date of service (the appointment is three hours in duration), rather than splitting up the appointments. Additionally, the diagnostic report and results are available one week subsequent to the one-time appointment. This timeline enables families to receive results quickly and access services relating to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) more readily.
Timeline for Appointments: We do not have a waitlist for diagnostics. Appointments are typically scheduled 1 – 2 months in advance.
Insurance: HealthCall accepts many types of insurance, including but not limited to:

- United / Optum
Additionally, we are the diagnostic provider for Medicaid beneficiaries residing in Livingston, Lenawee and Washtenaw Counties, as well as the diagnostic re-evaluator and second opinion provider for Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN).
