Our Approach
In all we do, Dashi Rivers seeks to provide the guidance and dedication to individuals and their support system that will lead to meaningful, significant improvement in quality of life. Every treatment plan is tailor made to fit the needs of each learner by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who both initially and constantly assess their approach using data. Dashi Rivers offers center-based therapy, as well as in home or community-based care as necessity is evaluated for children up to age 10. All of our staff are trained to provide the highest quality care, while also being warm and fun for our learners.
ABA Therapy at Dashi Rivers is guided by highly and specially trained staff who love children in the optimal environment for their development. Play is encouraged to grow through natural encounters and driven by the individual’s existing interests. Our center, located in Northville, Michigan, includes dedicated spaces for gross motor play, sensory play, and areas to practice routines and daily living skills.
Parent Involvement in Care
At Dashi Rivers, we work as a supportive team on each child’s unique needs as determined by you, the experts on your child. Our treatment approach is an intensive, early intervention model. Beginning with early intervention, children will journey through discovering their strengths in play, socialization, and communication. This builds a strong foundation as they work on becoming comfortable and capable in routines that are vital to integration in a structured group or community setting, like school. Together we will use our expertise to guide you every step of the way with goals that are meaningful in your child’s life. We guarantee and require full caregiver integration in program development in order to eventually fade your child successfully out of care when they are ready.
