Coalition for Community Choice
Description:
The Coalition for Community Choice advocates for the human and civil rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, Down Syndrome, and other cognitive disabilities to be supported in the home, workplace, and community of their choice by educating stakeholders and policymakers about barriers to access and innovative options.
Comprised of organizations and individuals from around the country, the CCC addresses the growing national need for affordable housing and meaningful work for individuals with I/DD. The CCC does this by supporting legislation that increases the quality and supply of choices for individuals with I/DD in a broad range of housing, community, and employment settings.
We invite you to check out all of the advocacy resources they offer here on their website.
