For many individuals on the autism spectrum, life can seem lonely. Sometimes even their closest family members can not understand how they are feeling or everything they have lived through. The Detroit Social Meet-up group is a safe haven from negativity in their lives; it’s a place where everyone can be themselves with no judgement and a welcoming place where they can share their experiences with others like themselves and make meaningful friendships. This group is self-led by participants and does not offer professional advice.

The group meets one evening a month, usually the second Thursday, from 5:30 – 7:30pm. Please register for this group to get an update on the meeting location for the month.
