Here’s what you can expect:
INTAKE
We’ll get on a call to discuss your child’s needs and determine if we’re a match. We’ll help you obtain insurance pre-authorization.
ASSESSMENT
One of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will meet with you and your child to gain a thorough understanding of their challenges and skills.
GOAL SETTING
You’ll help us identify short and long-term goals for your child, which we’ll incorporate into a detailed care plan.
TEAMWORK
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work with your child (8-40 hours/week), following up with you on how to support your child between sessions.
MONITORING
Your child’s RBT and BCBA will closely track progress, checking in with you and adjusting goals and methods as needed.
PROGRESS
As your child learns new skills and develops new habits, we’ll guide you through integrating them in a variety of situations and settings.
