Sara Pasiak
Description:
“I’m a neurodivergent, queer therapist with 6 years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to creating affirming, collaborative spaces for healing. I hold an MSW from the University of Michigan and bring a mix of logic and creativity to my work—blending evidence-based approaches with practical tools and mindfulness practices.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism), LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people navigating chronic or increased suicidal ideation. My approach draws from CAMS, DBT, CBT, IFS, ACT, and mindfulness, and I’m certified in CAMS-care, trauma-informed care, and LGBTQIA+ affirming practices.
I believe that therapy should feel like a shared space—not a hierarchy—and that the right therapeutic fit can make all the difference. Whether we’re building systems that support your unique brain or finding ways to make life feel more manageable, my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered.”
