Programs

Unique Care Connect offers programs for individuals with special needs of all ages and abilities. Picnics in the park, movies, camping, golfing, outings, fitness, and social classes… we have it all! Join us for a program to make a friend while building our community.

Birthday Packages & Giveaways

Celebrate your birthday with us! We can make the celebration sensory-friendly, themed, or anything else you’d like! If you know anyone in the community that you’d like to nominate for a free birthday giveaway, please reach out.

Life Skills Outings

If you have any bottle or can returns, please don’t get rid of them! Every week, a group of our adults with disabilities can go to the store and learn valuable job skills. All funds will go towards adult programs and outings. Every can and/or bottle helps!

With the never ending growing fields of medicine, there are countless specialties with vague titles appearing everywhere. Unique Care Connect provides detailed information regarding what these physicians/therapists do and how they can help your loved ones with special needs, along with clear direction allowing you to utilize these resources in your area.

The US legal system is an endlessly complicated area to navigate. They have enacted various laws to provide individuals with special needs and their families certain rights and protections, the knowledge of these can have life altering effects to a family.
