Rooted Therapy Center offers home-based ABA services for children aged 0-6 with Autism and other developmental delays, utilizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach. Rooted Therapy Center is owned and founded by Michigan’s only practicing Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist. The ESDM is grounded in child development and customized to address the specific challenges of Autism, emphasizing joint attention, play, and naturalistic teaching methods.
Our approach centers on following the child’s lead, engaging them through play, and teaching essential skills tailored to their individual level. By using the ESDM approach, we ensure that children learn through play, unlike traditional ABA methods where play is a reward for work. At Rooted Therapy Center, children learn without realizing it — they simply think they’re playing and having fun!
