Here at Ready For Life our core values are inclusion (belong), autonomy (believe) and independence (become). Each triangle in our logo represents one of the core values and the steps in the process of reaching independence. We understand that independence cannot be reached without autonomy. And from our experience, autonomy comes from a culture of inclusion. As our clients/students are made to feel they belong they will learn new life skills that give them the confidence they need to achieve independence. And finally, after belonging and believing, they will continue to become productive contributors in our community! We believe in growth and forward movement, Belonging/Inclusion, Believing/Autonomy, and Becoming/Independent.
