At Origami Rehabilitation, our mission is to create opportunities and transform lives. We strive to be the leader in maximizing access to innovative services with exceptional results. This is at the heart of what we do every single day. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive rehabilitation for children, adolescents, and adults with neurological, developmental, mental health, and orthopedic conditions through our residential and outpatient programs.

Residential

The Residential Program focuses on maximizing independence in daily activity, enhanced quality of life, productivity, and community inclusion. This program is offered for respite, short term rehab, and long term support needs within the setting of a licensed adult foster care home. Within this program, there are three tracks: Neuro-Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Semi-Independent Living.

Outpatient

We offer a wide range of single, multiple, and day treatment services to improve the successful outcome of each individual we serve. Our holistic approach raises the potential for recovery, especially for those using more than one service. We create custom treatment plans during admission that clearly define the rehabilitation goals and potential discharge plans.
