Autism Support of Kent County (ASK) works to provide services that make it possible for individuals with autism to lead healthier and more productive lives! ASK funds programs, worth over $100,000 annually, for individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Social & Support Programming
Monthly events and social groups for students K-12. Parent or caregiver attendance is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Monthly events for parents and caregivers online and in person, including webinars and presentations by speakers and community leaders, networking opportunities with other service providers, and casual networking with other families walking the same journey.

Young Adult Social Groups
For adults on the spectrum with high-functioning autism or other social impairments ages 18-30 years old.
Clubhouse is a weekly life skills and social group of 12 or less individuals who have high-functioning autism and are post high school transition age. There are cohorts in the mid-afternoon (2-5pm) and evening hours (5:30-8:30pm). Program application and brief personal interview.
Puzzle Partners Young Adults meets three times a month for social outings in the community. We create a safe space for teens and young adults to belong, try new things, make friends, and expand their horizons. The meeting location varies week to week.
Family Events
We offer special events throughout the year for families that are fun, sensory-sensitive, and geared to people with autism. These low-cost events are open to everyone and can be attended by the individual with autism and their whole family.
Past events include: Easter Egg Hunt, Walk for Autism and Resource Fair, Golf Outing, Bike Ride on the White Pine & Musketawa Trails, Family Picnic, Autism Gym playtime, Bowling, Art Workshops, Fall Orchard Visit, Halloween Party, Holiday Party and more!
