On Friday, August 29th, Autism Alliance of Michigan (AAoM) is a featured gate charity for the Ford Arts Beats and Eats presented by First Merit Bank. This is our third year at the Royal Oak event and we are very appreciative of the opportunity to help further autism awareness in our community.
Unfortunately, we cannot do this alone and we need your help!
We are looking for 50 volunteers to help us on Friday night between 4pm and 10 pm. Volunteers will assist with wristband distribution at the entrance gates. This is fun way to spend a Friday evening with friends, family and AAoM!
On Saturday morning, August 30th, we need another 25 volunteers for the Family Days for Children with Autism Presented by Ford. This is a part of the Ford Arts Beats and Eats event in Royal Oak and volunteers will help families with children on autism spectrum navigate carnival rides.
These are perfect opportunities for your church group, softball team, parent group, and co-workers to help increase autism awareness and support AAoM.
If you are interested in helping, please go to our website and fill out a One Day Volunteer Form – www.autismallianceofmichigan.org/volunteer .
