Description:

Integrative Neighborhoods is a program for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities that use community living supports (CLS) to actively assist people as they live in and become part of a neighborhood. A Community Builder works with people in each neighborhood to ensure a broad selection of group activities each month.  Participants typically live in an apartment setting with one or more room mates, and amenities like shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
