WayneLINC, a Wayne County-funded initiative in partnership with Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA), is here to support you in securing and maintaining meaningful employment. This initiative provides Learning, Investment, Navigation, and Career opportunities specifically for Wayne County residents.
