It can improve your brain function\, strengthen your joints and muscles and help you live a healthier\, more independent life by increasing your ability to do everyday activities. \nJoin us from the comfort of your home in a judgement free environment to try a variety of workouts that include a high-intensity\, baseline and seated version of strength training\, balance\, dance and yoga – no matter how you choose to move! \nVirtually join us on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. and an in-person event on one Friday.
