Transforming Transition Together (T3)

Training Description
This training series will provide participants with an overview of secondary transition resources and key components for practice and implementation of evidence-based practice transition supports and services. The key components addressed in this training will be Agency Coordination and Collaboration, Education: Transition services and the IEP, Employment, Empowering Students, and Independent Living. This training series also includes guidance on how to effectively navigate START’s self-paced follow-up training resources including highlights and guidance on accessing other relevant state and national resources.

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Location: Virtual (Zoom)
