A difficult conversation occurs when there is a situation in which at least two parties are engaged where: there are differing opinions, perceptions, and needs/wants, feelings and emotions run strong, and the consequences or stakes are significant. During this workshop will be a discussion of the five types of difficult individuals one might encounter in a conversation and how to embrace effective communication.
