The Effective Facilitator/Trainer

Public speaking, let alone training groups of people can be overwhelming, intimidating and even a fearful experience for some. The good news is that training others can prove to be a positive experience that empowers others to tap into their full potential. It is important that certain skills are implemented in order to ensure success for the participants being trained and for the fulfillment of the trainer. When the trainer feels they are reaching their audience and the audience feels stimulated, informed, and engaged, the training can then be impactful and considered a success.

CH Training & Coaching will provide this full-day seminar to “Train Trainers.” They will cover the following topics:

• Set the Stage (instructor readiness, enthusiasm, understanding your audience, etc.)
• The Power in Public Speaking (working through your nerves, engagement & interaction, connection)
• Managing the Group (establishing ground rules, listening, caring, dealing with difficult group members, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to three (3) business days prior to the training to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the training will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
