The benefits of moving your body are endless! It can improve your brain function, strengthen your joints and muscles and help you live a healthier, more independent life by increasing your ability to do everyday activities.
Join us from the comfort of your home in a judgement free environment to try a variety of workouts that include a high-intensity, baseline and seated version of strength training, balance, dance and yoga – no matter how you choose to move!
Virtually join us in March for a variety of class times. We are offering various options to select from of Mondays at 1:30 or 5:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. and an in-person event on Friday, March 24th.
