Project ImPACT

Project ImPACT is a coaching program for parents of toddlers and preschoolers with ASD and other social communication delays.
Project ImPACT teaches parents evidence-based strategies to support their child’s social engagement, communication, imitation, & play.

ImPACT is a naturalistic, developmental, and behavioral intervention.
What can caregivers expect?
• Work with your coach to set individualized goals, learn, practice, and problem solve
• Meet with other caregivers in a group to learn strategies every other week
• On the off weeks, you and your child meet with a coach to practice the strategies
• Practice what you learn daily during play or routines
This group is offered over telehealth by the
MSU Psychological Clinic on
Thursdays 5:00 – 7:00 pm beginning on March 4th, 2021.
Six, 2-hour group sessions will be offered every other week, and six, 1-hour individual coaching appointments will be scheduled on the off weeks.
Total cost is $300. Financial assistance may be available. Due to licensing restrictions, only families residing in Michigan can participate.
