MiA3 Info Session: Conducting a Statewide Autistic Needs Assessment

Join us for an info session about designing and conducting a needs assessment for the autistic population in Michigan. This initiative aims to identify gaps in services, resources, and support systems to better advocate for meaningful change.

During this session, we will:

• Discuss the importance and impact of a needs assessment.
• Explore key areas of focus for autistic individuals and their families.
• Identify potential contributors and community partners.
• Gauge interest in forming a Needs Assessment Subcommittee to guide this work.

We welcome autistic individuals as well as neurodiversity-affirming family members, professionals, advocates, and anyone passionate about improving support systems for Michigan’s autistic community. Your input and collaboration are essential to shaping a more inclusive future for autistic adults in Michigan.
