Independent Living Group

A hybrid program focusing on skills necessary for living independently. Participants will engage in discussions and activities to increase their knowledge on skills required for living independently. Topics include Conflict resolution, decision making, self advocacy, disability identity, time management, banking, budgeting, transportation, housing, home and self-care. In person meetings are held at the Disability Network office at 415 East Eighth Street, in Traverse City with an option to join via Zoom if you choose not to attend in person.
