Join us June 9 & 16 to get the latest info happening in the Disability World, both in Michigan and at the Federal level.
We will hear from Emily Henderson Emily about Michigan’s new political landscape where she will provide an advocacy update on all of the items the Arc Michigan is following in Lansing. Emily will also share what it means to be an effective advocate and how to connect with your legislators.
at 10:30am David Goldfarb will join us from The Arc of the United States to give Legislative Updates at the federal level.
On Friday, June 16th at 9am we will be joined by Belinda Hawks and Lyndia Deromedi from Behavioral and Physical Health and Aging Services Administration,
and at 10:30 am we will hear from Phillip Kurdunowicz and Lindsay McLaughlin from the Bureau of Children’s Coordinated Health Policy & Supports at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
