Be Active at Home: Spirit Club Inclusive Fitness

Are you looking to stay active at home and connect with others? Our fitness club welcomes all abilities with three different adaptations of exercises all on one screen! Participants are welcome to do the workout as presented or modify it as they are comfortable.

Mondays and Wednesdays, 4-5 pm
